KBF Kickboxing Studio is created based on our passion for kickboxing and Muay Thai, music and community, KBF Kickboxing Studio is the home of the 10-Round group kickboxing and Muay Thai group fitness class in the heart of Thao Dien. We're a gym that's kickboxing-centered and all about real workouts. From curious first-timers to experienced kickboxers, there's something for everyone in our technically precise kickboxing combined with the highly effective strength, conditioning and cardio aspects of our class.
