It's my pleasure to meet lovely yogis. I'm Purna, a yogi and a yoga instructor. I have completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training course at Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centres - Canada. After that, I continued to improve my knowledge and skill through a 300-hour advanced teacher training certified by Anusara - USA. I am also an International Yin Yoga Instructor. At Purna Studio, I would love to bring you the best yoga experience. Therefore, the studio is full of green trees, a peaceful and cozy atmosphere and positive energy. Join our class!
