9Round is the world's largest kickboxing fitness franchise with circuit training at the core of our workout program, originating from South Carolina, US of A. 9Rounders typically spend 30 minutes per session and exercise across 9 (nine) stations - hence the "circuit" in circuit training - where they work on their strength, cardio and core. What is unique about our circuit is that it is kickboxing-themed! I must stress that this is non-contact kickboxing and there are no fights or bouts involved. We do not even have a fighting ring, for that matter. With non-contact kickboxing, our members get to experience full-body high intensity interval training
